Cancelation Policy: In order to best serve all of our clients we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Cancelations for hikes made more than 24 hours before the hike date will be credited toward the next month or refunded. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the hike date will not be credited or refunded. Excessive cancelations may lead to termination of services.
Boarding cancelations must be made one week before the start of your scheduled booking or they will not be refunded.
Payment & Booking: Pack hikes require a weekly commitment and are billed for the entire month by the 1st. If you need to cancel a hike after they have been paid, you may apply a credit toward the following month.
FREE consultation: All of our services come with one free consultation to get to know our clients and their needs to ensure we are the best possible fit! For both off leash hikes and boarding stays we will stop by to meet and greet and find out what best suits the situation. All additional consults, key drop offs, etc. will be charged $25.
Dog Boarding: All boarding clients MUST be dog AND cat friendly. Cat friendly means your dog does not chase, stalk, or harass cats. If your dog has not been around cats please do not assume they are cat friendly.
We also have chickens, and while they are in a fenced area, we do not take dogs that will run the fence line and/or try to break through their enclosure.
We do not take dogs that cannot be crated while they aren't able to be supervised.
If you do not see a service listed, we do not offer it. Ex: we no longer offer drop in visits, private walks or hourly/overnight pet care.
