Cancelation Policy: In order to best serve all of our clients we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel a stay. Due to an increasing number of cancelations we will now require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to of the original invoice amount in order to book, the remaining 50% is due one week before the start of your stay. We appreciate your consideration in helping us best serve our loyal clients.
Payment & Booking: We ask that all services be paid on or before the start date of the stay. All services will have a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% due on or before the start of the stay. Pack hikes are billed monthly and due by the first of the month. Your dates are not secured until a deposit is made.
FREE consultation: All of our services come with one free consultation to get to know our clients and their needs to ensure we are the best possible fit! From off leash hikes to boarding stays we will stop by to meet and greet and find out what best suits the situation. All additional consults, key drop offs, etc. will be charged $25.
Dog Boarding: All boarding clients MUST be dog AND cat friendly. Cat friendly means your dog does not chase, stalk, or harass cats. If your dog has not been around cats please do not assume they are cat friendly. We are more than happy to test them.
We do not take dogs that cannot be crated while they aren't able to be supervised.
If you do not see a service listed, we do not offer it. Ex: we no longer offer drop in visits, private walks or hourly/overnight pet care.
